Brilliant scales; great support companyI find these scales even better than my previous Tanita ones. Body composition is essential for keeping my body in shape and tracking how my lifestyle effects it. Having the data on an app is a great improvement too.
Their warranty and after-sales support are impeccable. My initial RD-545, probably one of the first set produced, had a bit of a software problem - the readings got slower and occasionally hung up. Useful bit of kitAfter starting to go to the gym a lot more over the last few months I wanted to assess any physical improvements a bit more precisely than solely through body weight, which has very few limited benefits.
So I acquired these scales to help keep track of key body measurements. They’ve already been great at providing a useful key base line on which to improve.
I’m still intrigued as to how measurements can deviate quite significantly day-to-day despite taking them at the same time each day… but can see that over time the key trends will come out.Posted on
